    General Terms and Conditions

    1. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects / defects caused by production process and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period stated in the Clause 1.0.

    2. Poladrone Solutions Sdn. Bhd., Poladrone Distribution Co., Ltd. and Aonic Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter known as “The Companies”) will repair or replace the defective components or parts of the Product(s) listed in the First Schedule without charge.

    3. Any parts removed for replacement under this warranty shall become the property of The Companies.

    4. The Sales Receipt and / or the Sales Invoice (hereinafter known as the “Proof of Purchase”) of the Product(s) from The Companies shall be provide by The Purchaser to claim the warranty.

    5. The Companies reserve the right to reject warranty claim if there is any indication of any abuse(s) or misuse of the only Product(s) listed in the First Schedule.

    6. The warranty replacement shall be based on the Product(s) equivalent value at the material time of the claim and not necessarily a new Product(s) replacement.

    7. The Product(s) replacement will only be applicable for one (1) time for any purchase made for each Product(s) during the warranty period.

    8. The Companies shall not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of use of the Product(s), profit, or any other sequential loss, however, arising including delay in or failure to provide maintenance.

    9. The Companies reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions.

    10. This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

    a. Normal wear and tear.

    b. Defect due to improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind or integration with other Product(s) which affect its efficiency.

    c. Physical damaged due to negligence, improper handling and / or non-compliance with storage and transportation instruction issued by The Companies.

    d. Defect due to disaster such as fire, flood, and earthquake, or any other acts of God.

    11. This warranty is invalid / void if

    a. The Purchaser failed to provide the valid Proof of Purchase;

    b. The Purchaser failed to register the Product’s warranty;

    c. Incomplete, invalid, or mismatched information provided by The Purchaser during Product(s) warranty registration;

    d. The seal of the warranty on the Product(s) has been damaged or removed.

    1.0 Warranty Period

    1.1 The Companies issue a warranty that covers following Product(s) that sold by The Companies for the following period.

    Six (6) months from the date of purchase or 300 cycles, whichever comes first, unless stated otherwise.
    Category B
    Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
    Category C
    Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
    Category D
    Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
    Category E
    Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
    Category F
    Seven (7) days from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
    2.0 Terms and Conditions

    2.1 The Companies use Battery Management System (BMS) data retrieved from the Smart Battery Products (Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Products) during the processing stage of the warranty claim.

    2.2 The data record from Battery Management System (BMS) must imply all the Operating Parameters stated on Clause 3.0, otherwise considered as warranty void.

    4.0 Warranty Exclusion

    4.1 This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

    a. Battery where the data is unable to be retrieved from BMS, typically caused by damage from fire, water, or strong impact.
